It is the mission of the City of Gahanna Human Resources Department to be
of service to the organizational departments of the City and the public by attracting, developing, motivating and
retaining quality employees, assisting in benefit administration, assuring compliance with applicable employment
laws, promoting safety awareness in the workplace and assisting in employee relations on a
daily basis in order to better serve the citizens of Gahanna.
