The Human Resources Department functions as a strategic partner to the other operational areas within the City. We provide HR support and expertise, benefits administration and strategically recruit to attract top talent. We are proactive in our approach to managing our healthcare and workers compensation programs, including implementing an aggressive health and wellness program for many of our employees. We are committed to assisting our employees as they provide the best possible services to the citizens of Gahanna.
