Hello and happy Friday! We hope you all had a great week and enjoyed some of the warmer temperatures. We have plenty of fun activities happening around the Senior Center including the new class Bea’s Art Workshop where you will receive hands-on instruction and learn how to create a variety of fun art projects. We hope everyone has a safe holiday this weekend and we cannot wait to see you all next week!

AARP Tax Assistance

AARP will be providing free tax prep appointments for seniors by appointment only on select dates until April 11 at the Gahanna Golf Course Clubhouse (220 Olde Ridenour Rd.). Please call (614) 648-2839 to schedule an appointment.

Lunch Bunch

Location Change! We will now be eating at Brew Dog in New Albany on Wednesday, April 3. If you are riding in the van, please arrive to the Senior Center by 11 a.m. If you are driving yourself, please arrive to the restaurant by 11:30 a.m.

April Birthday Bash

Celebrate April birthdays at the Senior Center on Monday, April 8 at 12 p.m. Our sponsor, Sunrise Senior Living, will provide a light lunch and dessert for everyone who turns a year older that month. Dessert is free for anyone in attendance.

Meet with the Mayor

Meet with Mayor Laurie Jadwin on Tuesday, April 9 to discuss current events in Gahanna.

Golf League Kick-Off Meeting

Join us on Thursday, April 11 at 10 a.m. for information about the 2024 league and to register. If you are unable to make it to the April 11 meeting, you can come to the Senior Center front desk to register for the Golf League after April 11.
