Enhanced umr.com web portal for members launching

UMR is continuing to make improvements to enhance the umr.com experience. As part of this effort, UMR will be launching the second phase of its reimagined website with a redesigned and reorganized secure (post-sign-in) member portal. 

The updated member portal is scheduled to go live on June 24, 2024.

After the launch, members who sign into the secure website will experience a look-and-feel similar to the new public website: A more modern, intuitive and user-friendly way to access their benefits information quickly and easily.

Tuned Hearing Benefit Update

Effective immediately, members now have access to new Widex, Phonak, Starkey, and Signia hearing aids, plus chargers and replacement parts.  Additionally, Tuned has added Sennheiser OTC devices and Sonova hearing aids to the program.  Reminder, employees that complete a Tuned Hearing Assessment will earn a $50 Wellness Incentive.
