Self-Care Tips from our EAP Provider

  • Set a routine: Consider planning to wake up, eat, and exercise around the same times every day. This will help give you a sense of control, lower your stress levels, and may even improve your focus.
  • Exercise: In addition to staying physically fit, exercise has so many proven health benefits. It may make people happier, lower the risk of diseases, and decrease anxiety or depression.
  • Drink plenty of water: Your brain is 73% water, so drinking LOTS of water is also important for healthy brain function. Being hydrated positively contributes to your overall well-being

Tuned Hearing Benefit

Tuned now offers referrals to highly specialized vestibular audiologists. These experts can conduct further screenings and necessary therapy directly via our platform. They will provide appropriate recommendations for additional medical care if any red flags are noted.

Tuned also offers revolutionary screening methods to identify members with bothersome tinnitus.  Nearly 50% of the U.S. population has experienced tinnitus, with 30% reporting daily impacts on their lives. Through Tuned, members are referred to highly specialized audiologists who collaborate to determine the best management methods.

Reminder: employees who complete a Tuned Hearing Assessment will earn a $50 Wellness Incentive.
