New Yoga InstructorHelp us welcome our new yoga instructor at the Senior Center, Dawn! Dawn is a trained yoga instructor and Integrative Health Coach. She is eager to take over classes and begin teaching, starting March 17.

March Birthday BashMonday, March 10 at 12 p.m. Celebrate your March birthday with a meal and birthday treat! Everyone is welcome to attend, but only those celebrating a birthday will receive a meal.
