May and June Program Registration

The May and June Senior Spotlight is here! Copies will be available at the Senior Center starting Monday, April 14. There are plenty of ways to get involved this season, whether you're looking to try something new, connect with your community, or simply make the most of spring.

Mark your calendars- program registration will open Thursday, April 17 at 9 a.m. Be sure to register early and secure your spot for your favorite programs.

Golf League Kick-Off Meeting

Thursday, April 24 at 10 a.m.

Get ready to tee off with fellow golfers at our Golf League Kick-Off Meeting at the Gahanna Senior Center! This meeting is a great opportunity to learn everything you need to know about the 2025 league and get registered for the season.

Not able to attend on April 24? You can still register by stopping by the Senior Center front desk anytime after April 24. Let’s make this year’s league the best one yet – join us for some friendly competition, exercise, and plenty of fun!

Rock Painting

Wednesday, April 23 at 9:30 a.m.  

Join fellow senior Elizabeth Jeffries for a fun and relaxing Rock Painting Class! Elizabeth will guide you through new techniques to transform ordinary rocks into beautiful works of art. This hands-on class is the perfect opportunity to express your creativity, unwind, and connect with others in a laid-back, supportive environment. All supplies will be provided, so just bring your imagination and a love for crafting!

Wednesday Lunch

Wednesday, April 23 at 12 p.m.  

Looking for a mid-week pick-me-up? Come enjoy a warm, hearty lunch with friends at the Senior Center on Wednesday, April 23, where we’ll be serving up Chili Mac and Cornbread. This delicious meal is brought to you by our generous sponsors, Rittenhouse Village of Gahanna and Debbie McNichols with REMAX Connection. It’s the perfect chance to relax, chat with friends, and enjoy some great food in a welcoming atmosphere.

Get ready for some fun and friendly competition with Beanbag Baseball! This indoor game brings all the excitement of baseball but with a twist – it's easy to learn and fun for everyone. New participants will receive a quick lesson on the basics, so you can join in on the action right away. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon of Bingo! Join us for friendly competition and great company, sponsored by Procore Medicare. Whether you're a Bingo pro or a more casual player, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.

In Memory of Sandy Mundy  

Our calligraphy instructor, Sandy Mundy, passed away March 25, 2025. A celebration of Life will be planned sometime in the future.

In Memory of Pat Kluesener

Long-time member, Pat Kluesener, passed away in February of this year. Her family will be hosting a celebration of life on Saturday, April 26 at Rusty Bucket from 1 -4 p.m.
