Public Hearings Scheduled for Repeal & Replacement of Zoning Code

Pursuant to City Charter Sections 11.05 and 11.06, the public is hereby notified that City Council will hold public hearings at its regularly scheduled meetings on Monday, March 4, 2024 and Monday, March 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers (200 S. Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH 43230) prior to a vote on ORD-0007-2024 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND REPLACE PART ELEVEN - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
The complete text of the proposed repeal and replacement of the zoning code is on file with the Clerk of Council and available upon request (614-342-4090 or councilstaff@gahanna.gov).
