The Finance Committee will meet immediately following the Committee of the Whole meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024, at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), Council Chambers for the purposes of considering bond legislation and a 2023 Year End update.
Public Hearing on a New Community Authority March 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM:
Notice is hereby given of a Hearing on the Petition filed by Crescent Woods, LLC, CP Crescent, LLC and CP Crescent Holdings, LLC with the Council for the City of Gahanna, Ohio for the formation of a New Community Authority. In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 349.03 the Council of the City of Gahanna, Ohio, as the Organizational Board of Commissioners, has determined that the petition filed by Crescent Woods, LLC, CP Cresent, LLC and CP Crescent Holdings, LLC to organize a new community authority, to be known as “Gahanna New Community Authority” complies with the form and substance of the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.03(A) and as such has set a hearing on the Petition which shall occur on March 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers (200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH 43230) at which hearing Council, as the Organizational Board of Commissioners, will determine whether the proposed new community district will be conducive to the public health, safety, convenience, and welfare, and is intended to result in the development of a new community in accordance with Revised Code Section 349.03.
