We’re excited to announce that, thanks to a grant from ODOT, engineering consultants are partnering with the City to develop an Active Transportation Plan (ATP). This plan will guide future improvements to expand connectivity, increase safety, ensure equity, promote utilization, improve livability, and preserve our community. The ATP will focus on creating safe travel paths for those who walk, bike, or use strollers, wheelchairs, mobility devices, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades.
Earlier this year, we conducted a community survey to identify opportunities for pedestrian and bicycle improvements around the City. Over the past several months, the feedback from that survey has been used to create potential projects that will enhance Gahanna’s Active Transportation Network.
Now, we need your input to finalize these plans! Please take a few minutes to complete our follow-up survey and help us ensure the projects reflect our community’s needs and priorities.
