Gahanna Parks & Recreation brings you The Great Gahanna Goblin Fest! The community is invited to a festive Halloween experience which will include live entertainment, a choreographed light show, fire performers, stilt walkers, trick or treat trail, and many more surprises along the way! The event will be held October 25th from 5:30pm-9:30pm and is free to the community.

Parking information:

Registration is required for parking at Academy Park and there are two timeslots that guests are able to register for beginning September 18, 2024. We encourage those in nearby neighborhoods to walk to the event, or those driving, to carpool.

 All parking tickets must be purchased in advance (NO TICKETS AVAILABLE ON-SITE for purchase).

Additional free off-site parking available 1356 Cherry Way, Gahanna, OH 43230. There will be a small shuttle from this location however it is walkable to via sidewalk to the event.

Hayride/ Big Walnut Trail information:

The hayride will run along the Big Walnut Trail between Academy Park and Meadowside Court. As a safety precaution, guests will not be able to walk on that portion of the trail during the event. 

The Hayride will be $2 Per rider and will be CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Trick or Treat Station Partner Information:

If you or your business would like to partner with the Department of Parks and Recreation and be part of the Trick or Treat Stations, please contact Chelsea Heppert for this year's application.
