1. The City Council will meet in Special Session at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, and at 6:30 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2024, at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), Council Chambers, for the purposes of entering into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official.
2. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing as part of the regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024, at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), Council Chambers, prior to considering adoption of the Planning Commission’s recommended Zoning Code ordinance amendments. See proposed code changes as follows:
a. CC-0002-2024 To recommend approval to Council, amendments to Part Eleven - Zoning Code, Chapters: 1101, 1103, 1105, 1107, 1109, 1111, 1113, 1117, 1121, and 1123, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna.
3. The Property Appeals Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), Council Chambers for the purposes of hearing an appeal as follows:
a. PAB-0001-2024 SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM APPEAL CODE SECTION 903.4 - 661 JUNIPER LANE, MIKE SMYNTEK, APPELLANT; DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING, APPELLEE
