On November 14, 2024, the City of Gahanna joined Rosen USA to celebrate the grand opening of its newly expanded facility, symbolizing a significant step forward in the company’s and the community’s shared journey of growth.  The $23 million expansion highlights Rosen USA’s commitment to Gahanna, bringing new opportunities and innovative capabilities to the area.

Located at 1195 Technology Drive, Rosen USA’s expansion includes 45,455 square feet of shop and office space, which will prioritize the company’s operational efficiency and increase capabilities by 400% and solidify the company’s position as a global leader in providing regional asset integrity support for the energy sector.  The project demonstrates Rosen’s investment in local talent and resources, as the company plans to increase its workforce by more than 50% over the next few years, creating jobs and strengthening the local economy.

"I am proud to announce the expansion of our facility, marking a significant milestone in the strategic expansion of our business,” said Erik Cornelissen, CEO of the Rosen Group. “This move underscores our commitment to driving growth and strengthening our position in this sector. By extending our reach, we are not only meeting the rising demand but also reinforcing our leadership in the market. This is a clear testament to our long-term vision and dedication to innovation and operational excellence."

The Gahanna facility is one of only two Rosen facilities in the United States that services customers across North America. Currently, 68 employees work out of the Gahanna office. With the expansion, ROSEN USA plans to add approximately 35 additional employees over the next few years. The company plans to attract local employees, including those from the high-quality colleges and universities in the area.

“This expansion is a true testament to the strong partnership between Rosen USA and the City of Gahanna,” said Mayor Laurie Jadwin.  “Rosen has been a valued presence in our city for the last ten years.  Their commitment underscores their dedication to building a brighter future with us for our community, and reaffirms that Gahanna offers an environment where companies can and want to grow their global footprint.”

Added Joel Coleman, Vice President Collaboration, ROSEN USA, “We are exceptionally excited to complete and announce the Gahanna, Ohio, facility expansion project. This expansion is a direct result of our long-term, year-over-year, dedication, and commitment to continuously improve the quality of service to our customers and is made possible only by the talent, hard work, and dedication of our entire Gahanna-based team of employees. This new facility immediately strengthens our capabilities and positions us well for the future. We look forward to continuing to grow and strengthen our relationship with our customers, the City of Gahanna, and, most importantly, our extraordinary team of employees.”

ROSEN USA partnered with Turner Construction and Gensler Architecture on its expansion.
