We know the beginning of pool season can be busy, so we’ve compiled a few tips for a smooth pool entry process:
Create a WebTrac account – Skip this step if you and your family already have a WebTrac account. Each member of your family who will be using the pools needs to be included in a WebTrac account. You can set this up in advance HERE.
Complete your waiver – Waivers are required for ALL who enter the pool each season. You just need to complete the waiver once, then you are good to go all summer long! You can complete the waiver online before you go, HERE.
Have verification documents ready – All people aged 14 and older who enter the pool must show proof of address, identification, and age, during their first visit. Documents can include: a valid Ohio Driver License or State ID Card accompanied by a Gahanna Water Bill, another utility bill or tax bill. (Wondering if you’re considered a Gahanna resident? Check out the “How Do I Know If I’m A Gahanna Resident?” tab on our website)
Plan accordingly – The very beginning of pool season often means longer wait times to enter as our staff assists in setting up accounts. Having items ready before/upon arrival helps lines move more quickly. Our staff is eager to help and excited to get everyone ready for a splash-tastic summer and appreciates everyone's patience during this time.
