Key budget discussions will take place over the next few months, with opportunities for public comment. We encourage you to join us, stay informed, and make your voice heard, as we finalize the budget leading to Council’s final consideration and vote on the 2025 Appropriation Ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting on Monday, December 16.
The Hearing of Visitors - Members of the public have an opportunity at every Regular Council Meeting to make public comments during the Hearing of Visitors portion of the meeting. These comments can be made in person or virtually. Regular Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month.
Public Hearing Testimony – Members of the public have the right to give testimony at a Public Hearing. During the 2025 budget review process, members of the public are encouraged to participate during the Public Hearings on November 18 and December 2.
*The Hearing of Visitors is a separate process from the Public Comment portion of a Public Hearing.
