PUBLIC NOTICES – 2025 Meetings

2025 Organizational/Regular Meetings will be held for the following public bodies at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230): 
 

1. Landscape Board - Wednesday, January 8 at 6:00 PM, Committee Room

2. Planning Commission - Wednesday, January 8 at 7:00 PM, Council Chambers

3. Parks & Recreation Board - Wednesday, January 8 at 7:15 PM, Committee Room

4. Property Appeals Board - Tuesday, January 14 at 6:00 PM, Council Chambers

5. Board of Zoning & Building Appeals - Tuesday, January 14 at 6:30 PM, Chambers

6. Records Commission - Thursday, January 30 at 4:00 PM, Committee Room

7. Civil Service Commission - Thursday, January 30 at 6:00 PM, Council Chambers

8. Fair Housing Board - Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 PM, Council Chambers

City Council will meet on the 1^st and 3^rd Mondays of the month in regular session at 7:00 PM at City Hall, Council Chambers (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), except the following dates in which it will meet as follows:

• No Meeting January 6, 2025, due to organizational/regular meeting held January 2, 2025
• Tuesday, January 21, 2025 - Regular Council (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day observed January 20, 2025)
• Tuesday, September 2, 2025 - Regular Council (Labor Day observed September 1, 2025)

Committee of the Whole will meet on the 2^nd and 4^th Mondays of the month at 7:00 PM City Hall, Council Chambers (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), except the following dates in which it will meet as follows:

• Monday, January 27, 2025 starting at 6:00 PM for a Workshop, Committee Room
• Monday, May 19, 2025 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on May 26, 2025), Council Chambers
• Monday, July 7, 2025 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on July 14, 2025), Council Chambers
• Monday, July 21, 2025 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on July 28, 2025), Council Chambers

City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint special meeting/workshop for the purposes of discussing the Our Gahanna Strategic Plan in a “Table Talk” facilitated by planningNEXT on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM at City Hall, Committee Room (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230).
