Traffic Alert

Beginning Monday, September 8, the roundabout at Morse Road and Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road will be closed for five days, weather permitting, while the Franklin County Engineer’s Office performs resurfacing work in the area. Drivers will be asked to follow the posted detours below:

  • Eastbound traffic on Morse Road will be detoured north on Johnstown Road (U.S. 62) to Granville Street, east on Granville Street (which becomes Dublin-Granville Road) to Babbitt Road, and south on Babbitt Road to Morse Road. Westbound traffic will follow the posted detour in the opposite direction.
  • Northbound traffic on Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road will be detoured east on Clark State Road to Babbitt Road, north on Babbitt Road to Dublin-Granville Road, and west on Dublin-Granville Road to Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road. Southbound traffic will follow the posted detour in the opposite direction.

The City of Gahanna will share updates on this project as they become available; however, since the work will be completed by the Franklin County Engineer’s Office, all questions should be directed to their team at (614) 525-3030.
