Special Assessments

Pursuant to City Code 903.4(j)(1), the City Council will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers (200 S. Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH 43230) prior to a vote on an ordinance adopting special assessments for the construction, repair, or replacement of sidewalks on properties within the 2021 Sidewalk Maintenance Program regarding any mistake of fact on allocations of such assessments. A complete listing of special assessments is on file with the Clerk of Council and available upon request (614-342-4090 or councilstaff@gahanna.gov).
