Gahanna Parks and Recreation is proud to announce the inaugural Light Up Gahanna Holiday Lights Contest! Families and local businesses are invited to decorate their house or business to spread holiday cheer for all Gahanna to see. Register to enter the contest
here. Eligibility for this contest is limited to Gahanna residents and businesses only. The deadline to submit an entry is Thursday, December 7, 2023.
Judging will take place between December 11 and December 14 between the hours of 5 and 9 p.m. All participants must keep their lights on during those hours to qualify for entry. Our judges will be driving to houses and local businesses during this time. The winners of the contest will be announced the week of December 18. Winners of the contest along with their address will be posted to the Gahanna Parks and Recreation Facebook Page and website, for all community members to enjoy. 1st Place in each category will receive a trophy and yard sign to proudly display!

-Clark Griswold Award (most lights)
-Best Animated Display (use of technology and music)
-All Business (best use of holiday décor-local business category only)
