The City of Gahanna, Ohio, (City) requests the submission of proposals from qualified vendors capable of satisfying the City’s needs for FURNITURE PROCUREMENT related to an ongoing building renovation and expansion project located at 825 Tech Center Dr. This project includes the renovation and expansion of an of an existing 100,000 square foot class A office building, which in its future state, is being expanded to approximately 130,000.  Once completed this facility will serve the following functional areas for the City of Gahanna: City Hall, Police Headquarters, Mayor’s Court, City Council, and Senior Center.
