The Project consists of renovations and site work at a City-owned property. The renovations include converting a residential building to a multi-purpose park facility. It is anticipated that the work will commence on September 5, 2025 and be completed by May 13, 2026. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Gahanna, Ohio (“Owner”) until 11 am, local time, on June 23, 2025, through the Owner’s electronic bidding system for all labor, material, and services necessary for the 2025 Price Road Exploration Center Renovation, PK-22-02, as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by the City of Gahanna.
