- The Finance Committee will meet immediately following the Committee of the Whole Meeting which begins at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025, at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), Council Chambers, for review of the FY 2025 Quarter 3 Financial Report and the FY 2026 Budget – General Budget Questions and Amended Budget Proposal.
- The City Council will hold a public hearing at their Regular Meeting which begins at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025, at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), Council Chambers, for public comment prior to a vote on the following ordinance: ORD-0053-2025 AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE NECESSITY OF AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT AND REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2025 (THE COLUMBUS ACADEMY PROJECT) OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO, IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,000,000; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LOAN AGREEMENT, AN ASSIGNMENT OF LOAN AGREEMENT, A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT, A TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE AND AGREEMENT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
- Notice is hereby given that members of the Gahanna City Council have been invited to attend a meeting of the Community Improvement Corporation of Gahanna (CIC) on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:30 AM at the Senior Center (480 Rocky Fork Blvd, Gahanna, OH, 43230). The purpose is for the CIC board to present an annual report on CIC activities and offer a look-ahead to 2026. During this meeting, a majority of City Council may be present and may participate in discussion regarding matters of city business. Please note that no official action will be taken by City Council at this meeting and attendance by Councilmembers is not required.
