2026 Organizational/Regular Meetings will be held for the following public bodies at City Hall (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230): 

1.  Landscape Board, Wednesday, January 14 at 6:00 p.m., Front Lobby Conference Room
2. Parks & Recreation Board, Wednesday, January 14 at 6:15 p.m., Committee Room
3. Planning Commission, Wednesday, January 14 at 6:30 p.m., Council Chambers
4. Civil Service Commission, Thursday, January 15 at 6:00 p.m., Council Chambers
5. Fair Housing Board, Thursday, January 15 at 6:30 p.m. (*Canceled due to lack of quorum)
6. Records Commission, Tuesday, January 20 at 4:00 p.m., Committee Room
7. Property Appeals Board, Tuesday, January 27 at 6:30 p.m., Council Chambers

City Council will meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month in regular session at 7:00 PM at City Hall, Council Chambers (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), except the following dates in which it will meet as follows:

• No Meeting held January 5, 2026, due to organizational/regular meeting held January 2, 2026
• Tuesday, January 20, 2026 - Regular Council (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day observed January 19, 2026)
• Tuesday, September 8, 2026 - Regular Council (Labor Day observed September 7, 2026)

Committee of the Whole will meet on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 7:00 PM City Hall, Council Chambers (200 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230), except the following dates in which it will meet as follows:

• Monday, May 18, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on May 25, 2026)
• Monday, June 1, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on June 8, 2026)
• Monday, June 15, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on June 22, 2026)
• Monday, July 6, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on July 13, 2026)
• Monday, July 20, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on July 27, 2026)
• Monday, August 3, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on August 10, 2026)
• Monday, August 17, 2026 - Committee of the Whole held immediately following Regular Council starting at 7:00 PM (no Committee on August 24, 2026)
