Regular Council Meetings

  • First & Third Mondays Each Month
  • 7 p.m. - City Council Chambers

Regular and Special Council Meetings are held for Council to take formal action on legislation.

Hearing of Visitors - A time during the agenda for the public to address Council.

Committee Meetings 

  • Second & Fourth Monday Each Month
  • 7 p.m. - City Council Chambers

Committee Meetings are held to discuss recommended actions for legislation and information sharing by the Administration.

Members of the public are welcome to address all Council Members during Regular Council Meetings.


In Person 

Prior to the opening of the meeting, please complete a speaker slip and submit this to the Clerk of Council. During the Hearing of Visitors section of the agenda, participants will be called to the podium, then asked to state their name and given three minutes to speak.

Virtually

Individuals unable to attend in-person, may submit a recorded video by 5 p.m., on the day of the noticed meeting.  Council will view the video during the Hearing of Visitors section of the agenda.
