Video Upload - Instructions
Individuals unable to attend a Council meeting in-person, may submit a recorded video, regarding an agenda item, by 5 p.m., on the day of the noticed meeting. Council will view the video during the Hearing of Visitors section of the agenda. Submissions, meeting the requirements listed below, will be played in chambers and livestreamed at the City Council meeting. By submitting this video, you consent to having the content become part of the public record and livestreamed on the City's YouTube page.
- You must state your name and address for the record
- You must display your face at all times during the video
- You must state and address only the specific item on the noticed meeting’s agenda for which your comments apply
- You have three minutes (3), total, to complete your remarks
The Chair reserves the right to end and/or not publish the video, should it disrupt the decorum of the meeting or, to not comply with the requirements above. This could include videos that contain offensive language or objectionable material.
