Golf Course - Etiquette
- ALL players must check-in at the Pro Shop prior to entering the course.
- If you wish to play another 9 holes, please check-in at the Pro Shop to ensure that there is availability. Grounds crews and Rangers do not have updated reservation details.
- Equipment rental fees need to be paid for additional rounds played.
- Be mindful of maintenance crews working outside, especially in the early morning hours.
- Avoid skipping holes. If you do need to play through, please inform groups in front of you.
- Assist with course maintenance by replacing divots and repairing ball marks.
- Operating hours change throughout the season; please check online or call the Pro Shop for the most up-to-date hours of operation.
Course Rules
USGA rules govern all play except where modified by local rules.
PLEASE REPAIR DIVOTS AND FIX BALLS MARKS.
Keep carts 30 feet away from all greens and tee boxes.
Do not drive carts on, around or behind any greens.
Golfers must have valid driver’s license to operate golf carts.
No kids under the age of 6 are permitted on the course at any time.
Children aged 6-10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Each golfer must have their own set of golf clubs.
Players will be paired up whenever possible or as instructed by Golf Course staff.
Keep pace of play with the group in front of you or let groups behind you play through.
A maximum of 2 hours is allowed per 9 holes under normal weather conditions.
Players making “the turn” will rotate into play as instructed by Golf Course staff.
No carry-on alcohol is permitted. Personal coolers and golf bags are subject to inspection by Golf Course staff.
No recreational walking, biking, or jogging on the course.
Strollers, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, wagons, and any other non-golf related items are NOT permitted on the course.
No fishing is permitted in our ponds at any time.
Anyone found damaging the course or not following the rules are subject to removal from the course.
The City of Gahanna not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or for injury.
All persons on or about golf course premises assume all risk of injury/loss to themselves or personal property, and also assume all liability to others for their acts.
Property is under video surveillance to ensure safety of patrons and property.
Out of bounds is defined by white stakes, bike path fence, and/or tree line along 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9.
Water hazards should be played as Lateral Hazards on 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9.
Do not play out of the high grass on the big hill on the lefthand side of Hole 1.
